A large total is not a guarantee

What a Mega Neon is

A Mega Neon is made by combining four Neon pets of the same kind, which means sixteen fully grown pets in total. It is the third growth variant in this calculator and the rarest form of any pet. Like Neon, each Mega has its own stored estimates for none, Ride, Fly and Fly Ride.

Because so many pets go into one Mega, its value is usually the largest single figure in any trade it appears in. That concentration is exactly why Mega trades deserve extra care. The Adopt Me trading values list shows every pet on the same scale, so you can compare before you trade.

Why one estimate carries so much weight

When a single pet makes up most of a trade’s value, any error in that one estimate moves the whole result. A five percent difference on a small add is trivial. A five percent difference on a Mega can be worth more than everything else in the window. Read the version label twice, and look at the pet page to see the whole set of twelve estimates before you trust the total.

The illustrative dataset sets an unpotioned Mega at fourteen times the Normal value. That is a demonstration setting chosen for clarity, not an observed market ratio. A reviewed dataset could set each Mega independently, and the update timeline would record the change. Mega versus a bundle of Neons

A common offer is one Mega for several Neons plus adds. On paper the totals may match. In practice the two sides are different kinds of inventory. The Mega is one item that a smaller number of traders are looking for. The Neons are several items that can be traded separately or combined later. Neither is automatically better; it depends on what you plan to do next.

If you intend to keep the pet, the Mega is the finished goal. If you intend to keep trading, the Neons give you more moves. Checking a Mega trade

1. Add the Mega with its exact potion status and confirm the card reads "Mega".
2. Add everything on the other side, including small adds, at their real versions.
3. Compare totals and note the difference. A Big Win or Big Lose on a Mega trade usually means a version was entered wrongly.
4. Read the demand note for the Mega. If it is "Not reviewed", weigh the result with that in mind.
5. In the trade window, confirm the pet still shows as a Mega with the same potions before you accept.

Common Mega mistakes

• Confusing Neon and Mega. Both glow. Check the label in the window, not the colour in chat.
• Trusting a screenshot of the window. Screenshots can be old or edited. Only the live window counts.
• Ignoring adds. On a Mega trade the adds can be worth a lot in total. Enter them.
• Rushing. Large trades attract pressure tactics. Take the time you need.

The time behind a Mega

Sixteen pets, each raised to full growth, then combined twice. A Mega represents more time than any other single item in the game, and that time is part of what other players are paying for. When you are the one giving a Mega, remember that you are handing over that work as well as the pet. When you are receiving one, you are skipping it. Either way, the estimate on the pet page is a starting point for a conversation about a very large trade, not the final word on it. Mega demand is narrow

Fewer players can afford a Mega, and fewer still are looking for a specific one. That makes Mega demand narrow: when the right buyer appears the trade is quick, and when they do not, the Mega can wait a long time. If your goal is to keep trading actively, a Mega can be an awkward holding. If your goal is a finished collection, it is the destination. The values list cannot make that decision for you, but it can stop you mistaking a large number for an easy trade.

Using the Mega values list

The Mega Values page shows every pet’s Mega estimate on the same scale, with filters for rarity, demand and trend. Sort from highest to lowest to see which Megas dominate a trade total, then open the pet page to compare the Mega against the Neon and Normal versions. If you are comparing two different Megas, use the calculator with one on each side so the difference and percentage are worked out for you.

Mega pets in the calculator

To compare a Mega, add the pet, choose Mega as the growth variant, then set its potion status. The offer card shows "Mega" together with the potion label so there is no doubt which version is in the comparison. If the other side is a mix of Neons and adds, enter all of them; on a Mega trade the adds often decide whether the badge reads Fair or Win, and leaving them out makes the result meaningless.

Is a Mega always worth more than four Neons?

Not necessarily. The dataset stores them separately so a reviewed value can reflect what traders actually offer, which can be above or below the parts.
